1. Select a Session of ACC. Session 1 is May 28th - May 31st, 2023 and Session 2 is May 31st- June 3rd, 2023.
2. Secure a cabin. Cabins are independently owned by churches and should be rented direclty from the church. For a list of cabins, call the Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center at 580-369-2101 or visit their website.
3. Advertise in your church. Recruit campers, kids who have completed 3rd-6th grade, and sponsors and have each fill out the appropiate Medical Release Form. ACC does not acknowledge Jr. Sponors, anyone under the age of 18 will be considered a camper.
4. Fill out the Registration form for your church. Oklahoma Churches and NON-Oklahoma Churches
5. Review and fill our the Background Check Policy and Form.
7. Print out bible study guides and booklets. Study guides are available now and booklets will be available on March 1st.
6. Register group upon arrival at camp. Registration is 2pm-5pm at the MEC, Methena Event Center. Late registration is at 6pm. Use the LINK to find out what to expect at registeration. If you are unprepared for registration, expect delays as you will be asked to step out of line.
